I used to be my biggest critic! When something positive would happen, I would brush it under the rug. But when something negative happened I would grab a cup of tea, sit on the couch and obsessively go over every detail! I gave myself such a hard time, all the time, but I was always someone else’s best friend… I want to show you how you can low self-esteem, insecurity and your inner critic behind.

About the Author
Is a life coach, a speaker, the creator of an online learning community called L-School and the founder of The Better Life Project, her life coaching business for women. She works with women all over the world to help them achieve their personal and professional goals, whilst developing their confidence and self-esteem. Since setting up The Better Life Project, Sarah has presented at a TedX conference, won business awards and created one of Irelands most unique and transformative workshops exclusively for women called The Empowered Women Workshop.
